A good shower + exfoliation before arrival, exfoliate the skin well.
After the shower, don’t put anything on your body – no body lotion, no face cream, no speed stick/deodorant, no make-up, just come with completely clean skin.
come with loose clothes!!! Not tight, preferably not bright either. (don’t worry, the color fades in the wash)
It is recommended to shave or wax before only!!!
Take into account that you should not shower for at least 8 hours and you should not come in contact with water or sweat during this time.
After the time, take a gentle and quick shower with lukewarm water, soap the body with your hands gently, and after the shower, blast the skin with moisturizer/body/oil.
